Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Wednesday, February 1, announced that new 50 airports, helipads, aerodromes, etc will be built to improve connectivity across the country.
"50 additional airports, aerodromes, helipads, and water routes to be built to enhance connectivity," she said.
