Next RBI MPC Meeting: Rescheduled - Check new date

RBI has announced the rescheduling of Meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee.

In a statement, RBI said, "As announced in the Reserve Bank’s Press Release: 2021-2022/1931 dated March 30, 2022, the next meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) for the financial year 2022-23 is scheduled during August 2-4, 2022."

New MPC meeting dates

RBI said,"Due to administrative exigencies, it has been decided to reschedule the MPC meeting from August 2-4, 2022 to August 3-5, 2022."

"This announcement is being made under Section 45ZI(4) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934," the statement added.
