Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma to attend Emirates FA Cup final at Wembley on Saturday

The FA Cup final will be held at Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday, and TV cameras are sure to zoom in on the celebrity couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma in the stadium. The final will take place between Manchester City and Manchester United on June 3.

The popular sportswear brand PUMA, which is the kit sponsor of Manchester City, has extended invitations for the final to Virat and Anushka, both of whom are brand ambassadors of the company.

The two Manchester clubs have been competing against one another for many years. Both clubs are consistently ranked among the best in the world, with City having the edge in recent times. Their matchup is regarded among one of the fiercest sporting rivalries in the football community, and this will be the first time in FA Cup history that a Manchester Derby will be played in the final.

After winning the Carabao Cup in March, Manchester United will be aiming for their second trophy of the season. Meanwhile, City will try to get their hands on the FA Cup to keep up their dreams of winning the treble this season. They already have the Premier League trophy in their bags.

Virat Kohli in England for ICC World Test Championship final

Virat Kohli is preparing for the ICC World Test Championship final, in which India will be facing Australia. The summit clash is scheduled to take place between June 7 and June 11, with June 12 set aside as a reserve day. Virat Kohli has 8,416 runs in 183 innings of Test cricket.

In Tests, Kohli scored 28 centuries and 28 half-centuries, with a batting average of 48.93. He has been in stellar form, scoring a century in the first ODI of the year and defeating Sri Lanka in the process. He maintained that form in major competitions by scoring the most runs for India in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy match against Australia, finishing second in runs scored overall. He scored 297 runs in four games at an average of 49.50, with the highest score of 186. 

In IPL 2023, Kohli scored 639 runs with an average of 53.25 and a strike rate of over 139 in 14 matches. This season, he has scored two centuries and six fifties, with a highest score of 101 not out. He is also ranked third in the league in terms of runs scored this season.

Anushka Sharma to be seen next on Netflix in 'Chakda Xpress'

Speaking of Anushka Sharma, she will next feature in the Netflix-exclusive sports biopic movie "Chakda Xpress," which is based on the life of former Indian woman cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The movie's release date is still unknown.
