India vs New Zealand 2023 ODI Match Today, IND vs NZ ODI Series Live streaming: Opener Shubman Gill slammed 208 runs, as India beat New Zealand by 12 runs in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Gill brought up his second consecutive century at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium to become the fastest Indian batsman to reach the 1000-run-mark in ODIs. His knock was punctuated by 19 fours and 9 sixes.
In the process, he overtook Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan's record of 24 innings to get to 1000-runs, and also became the joint-second fastest ever to reach the feat by equalling Iman-ul-Haq's record of 19 innings.
Pakistan's Fakhar Zaman holds the world record of fastest to 1000 ODI runs in 18 innings.
Daryl Mitchell (2/30) and Henry Shipley (2/74) bagged two wickets each for the visitors.
In reply, New Zealand were bundled out for 337 in 49.2 overs with Michael Bracewell slamming a careerbest 140 off 78 balls.
Mohammed Siraj (4/46) was the pick of the Indian bowlers.

India are without regular wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, and stand-in keeper KL Rahul. As a result, young keeper Ishan Kishan has been drafted into the playing eleven.
India have the firepower of skippper Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Kishan, Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav. Followed by all-rounders like Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar and Shardul Thakur. Followed by the bowlers - Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Siraj and Mohammed Shami.

Shreyas Iyer will miss the series due to back injury, so Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav will be entrusted with keeping the middle-order ticking, while Shubman Gill is likely to open the innings with skipper after his centurey in the last ODI against Sri Lanka.
