ICC Men's T20 World Cup Warm-up Matches: With the end of the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League, the players are now all set to get back to national camp as they prepare themselves for the upcoming ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024, set to start on June 2 (IST).

Co-hosted by the USA and the West Indies, this edition of the  ICC Men's T20 World Cup is the biggest ICC event in history in terms of team participation. A total of 20 teams will be participating in the tournament, where each team has been divided into four groups of five. The top two teams from each group will later qualify for the Super Eight stage of the tournament, with the teams further divided into two groups of four, and the top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals. 

However, before the marquee tournament officially starts, 16 teams will play in 15 warm-up games between May 27 and June 1, with the first warm-up match to be played against Canada and Nepal on May 27 at 9 PM IST. India will go against Bangladesh for the warm-up match on June 1 at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.
