ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2023: How are the qualifiers planned out?

Each team plays one match each against other teams in their group. The top three teams from each group advance to the Super Six stage. They will compete against teams they did not face in the group stage in Super Six.

All points obtained during the group stage will be carried over to the next stage, except for the points earned against teams that do not advance to the Super Six stage.

The Super Six stage will start on June 29, and the Playoffs will feature the bottom two clubs from each group. The 2023 ICC Men's Cricket World Cup will feature both of the finalist teams. For the first time in this event, DRS will be applied, starting with the Super Six stage.

For the Qualifier, bottom five teams from the ICC Men's CWC Super League, three automatic qualifiers from the ICC Men's CWC League 2, and two teams that won the ICC Men's CWC Qualifier Play-off, are in the fray.
