Asia Cup 2023 Final: India secured its place in the final of the Asia Cup 2023 after defeating Sri Lanka in their second match of the Super 4. India won the match by 41 runs as they bowled out the Lankan side in 41.3 overs. 

India managed to set a target of 214 runs courtesy a brilliant fifty by skipper Rohit Sharma and a slow but stable middle-order partnership between keepers Ishan Kishan and KL Rahul. India was bowled out in 49.1 overs by the Sri Lankan spinners, with youngster Dunith Wellalage taking his maiden five-wicket haul and Asalanka picking four. 

India defended the target with their own spin attack as left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav took four wickets, with Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah taking two each. 

With two wins in two games played in the Super 4, India has comfortably qualified for the final. Indian fans are however anticipating another high-intensity match against arch-rivals Pakistan — but what does the points table suggest?
