The IPL Opening ceremony will take place on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 6PM onwards, before the Gujarat Titans vs Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Match at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

This years's IPL Opening Ceremony show will begin at 6PM on March 31 (Friday). The Gujarat Titans vs Chennai Super Kings match will begin right after the opening ceremony ends, likely by 7.30PM.

Apart from Rashmika Mandanna, Tamannaah Bhatia and Arijit Singh, many other A-list celebrities from Bollywood and world of glamour are expected to attend the opening ceremony on Friday.

The tickets for the  IPL 16 opening ceremony are available on Paytm Insider and Book My Show mobile applications. Tickets bought through these applications will be delivered to the buyers about two to three days before the match. IPL 2023 tickets are available at a cost between Rs 800 and Rs 10,000. 

Fans can also buy IPL 2023 tickets at the box offices at stadium/venue.

Led by Hardik Pandya, defending champions and home team - Gujarat Titans (GT) will take on MS Dhoni's men - four-time IPL winners Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
