IPL Points Table 2023: Shubman Gill's unbeatable 52-ball 104-run innings helped Gujarat Titans (GT) register a thrilling 6-wicket win over hosts Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 70th match of the Indian Premier League 2023 (IPL 2023) on Sunday evening. With this win at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy Stadium, the Gujarat team knocked the Bangalore team out of the ongoing IPL season.
It should be noted that Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat was the first team to qualify for the playoffs. Meanwhile, the victory of GT over RCB also allowed Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Indians to become the fourth team in the playoffs on Sunday.
On the same day (Sunday, May 21, 2023), Mumbai Indians (MI) also thrashed Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by 8 wickets in the 69th match of IPL 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
With this, the four teams that qualified for the playoffs are - Gujarat Titans (GT), Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), and Mumbai Indians (MI).

The cricket tournament, which lasts about two months, will end on May 28. Till now, a total of 70 matches have been played, and the 'qualifier 1' match is scheduled to be played on Tuesday (May 23, 2023) between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at 7:30 PM in Chennai. The 'eliminator' match of IPL 2023 will be played on Wednesday when Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will compete against Mumbai Indians (MI) at 7:30 PM in Chennai.
