Delhi Excise Policy 'Scam': BJP hatching conspiracy with CBI officers to frame Kejriwal in fake case, says AAP leader Sanjay Singh

On Tuesday, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that the BJP had conspired with CBI personnel to frame Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a "fake case".

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had no immediate reply to the allegations.

In a video statement on X, Singh questioned how one might obtain justice when such events occur.

"We have learned from trustworthy sources that the BJP-led Centre has plotted with CBI personnel at a time when Kejriwal has a strong chance of receiving relief from the Supreme Court.

They intended to implicate him in a bogus case by the CBI and get him jailed.

"The whole country is seeing the BJP's misdeeds. How can one obtain justice in such circumstances? The Rajya Sabha MP of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) stated that people will protest this.
