Madhya Pradesh Exit Polls 2023, Madhya Pradesh assembly election exit polls result 2023 Live: With the last votes being cast in the Telangana Assembly Elections 2023 on Thursday (November 30, 2023), the exit polls are out for the assembly elections in five states, with Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Mizoram being others. In exit polls for Madhya Pradesh, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has a clear edge over the Congress in the 230-member assembly. The prominent contestants in Madhya Pradesh are- Shivraj Singh Chauhan (Budhni), Kamal Nath (Chhindwara), Jaivardhan Singh (Raghogarh), Kailash Vijayavargiya (Indore-1), Prahlad Singh Patel (Narsingpur), Narottam Mishra (Datia) and Ambrish Sharma (Lahar).
The polling for Madhya Pradesh assembly 2023 was held in a single phase on November 17. The total voter turn out at the poll was 77.15 per cent, which was 1.52 per cent higher than the voting percentage at the 2018 assembly elections, as per the Election Commision data.

The Congress got the highest percentage of votes at the 2018 assembly polls at 40.89 per cent. Th BJP was in second position with 41.02 per cent votes. The BSP got 5.01 per cent votes while SP got 1.30 per cent. As many as 5.82 per cent voters cast votes in favour of independents, while 1.42 per cent voters pushed the NOTA button. The registered voters were 50,495,251, while the total votes cast were 38,137,528, of which 38,189,234 were valid. The voting percentage was 75.63 per cent.
