Delhi Air Quality Today: GRAP-4 restrictions specifically relate to restricting entry of trucks carrying non-essential goods into the national capital.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court declined to lift the emergency measures imposed under Stage 4 of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) to combat air pollution in the national capital, ordering them to stay until December 2.

Meanwhile, the air quality index (AQI) remains under 'very poor' category today, November 28.
Air quality in morning today
At 9 am, Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 313, compared to a reading of 301 at 9 am on Wednesday, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) data.
AQI parameters
An AQI between zero and 50 is considered 'good', 51 and 100 'satisfactory', 101 and 200 'moderate', 201 and 300 'poor', 301 and 400 'very poor', and 401 and 500 'severe'.
Delhi's temperature today
Meanwhile, the city's minimum temperature settled 0.2 notches below normal at 10.2 degrees Celsius, the India Meteorological Department said.

Schools to operate in hybrid mode
The administration has decided to run schools in hybrid mode due to air pollution in Delhi-NCR.
What is hybrid mode?
Students will be able to learn in both online and offline mode. Students who choose to attend school may do so with safety precautions in place. The remaining students will continue their studies online.
Many schools are opened on alternate days too.
