PM further added, "His contributions extended far beyond the boardroom. His humility, kindness, and unwavering commitment to improving society endeared him to many."

"Saddened by the passing away of Shri Ratan Tata, a leader par excellence, visionary industrialist, and philanthropist whose contributions have left an indelible mark on our society," FM Sitharaman said.

"As you all know we lost Ratan Tata yesterday. I will need to go to Mumbai today. I pay my heartfelt tribute to him. Ratan Tata ji was a very respectful industrialist," Shah said.

The Finance Minister noted that his deep resolve to innovation, ethical business practices, and social responsibility has transformed industries and uplifted communities.
