Vishnu Prakash hits an all-time high after construction firm bags around Rs 900 cr order from Uttarakhand govt

Vishnu Prakash Share Price: Shares of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Ltd hit an all-time high of Rs 242.45 on BSE on Wednesday (December 27, 2023) after the construction engineering company inked deals worth around Rs 900 crore with the Uttarakhand government. 

The stock of the company was trading higher by 6.22 per cent, or Rs 13.50, at Rs 230.45, at 11:41 am on Wednesday. 

"Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited has received Letter of Award from Office of the Program Director, Uttarakhand Urban Sector Development Agency, Urban Development Department, Government of Uttarakhand," said the company in a statement on Tuesday.

The first project worth Rs 525.49 crore is for the development of water supply system with 18 years O&M, in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, while the second project is Rs 373.21 crore for the development of water supply system with 18 years O&M, at Kotdwar (Zone 2), Uttarakhand.
