Sawan Somwar 2023: Sawan, also known as Shravan, is regarded as an auspicious month of the Hindu Calendar. During the month, devotees worship Lord Shiva and seek his blessings. Devotees pray to him, and the majority of people keep fasts every Monday (Somwar) during the entire Sawan month. Worshipping Lord Shiva during Sawan is believed to bring good fortune. Most devotees only consume vegetarian food during Sawan. The first Sawan Shivratri will fall on July 15, 2023, and the last Sawan Shivratri will be on August 31, 2023.
