RRB window for exam fee refund opens: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has opened the window for examination fee refund process for those candidates who could not appear in the scheduled examinations. The board has activated the link on Friday, April 26 to re-update the bank details for the refund of the examination fee against CEN No. RRC-01.2019 (Level-1 Posts). All those candidates who are eligible for this refund process can update their bank details through the official website https://recruitapp.in.

According to the official notice, "refund of large number of candidates could not be done due to wrong/incomplete Bank Details. Hence, it has been decided to provide link to re-update Bank Details"

"Candidates whose refund has not been made as yet are advised to make use of this last time opportunity to update their Bank Account Details," the notice further added.

The last date for updating bank details and initiating the refund process is May 5, 2024 (5:00 PM).

Candidates who had paid their examination fees through Internet Banking/Credit Card/UPI/Debit Card and opted for refund through the same transaction mode may have faced issue because of their account details have changed or if their account have been closed. For those candidates as well, RRB has advised to update the bank details through the given link.

RRB said all such candidates whose refunds have not yet been processed due to any technical issues, will receive an email and SMS notification on their registered email address and mobile number under the refund process. Candidates should note that to activate the refund process and update their bank details, the OTP authentication will be required.

Further candidates have been asked to verify the accuracy of their bank account number and IFSC code before submission, as modifications after submission will not be possible.
