The scheme that will be launched in Yavatlam is aimed at constructing a total of 10 lakh houses from FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26 for beneficiaries from Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes, Exempt Castes, and Nomadic Tribes.
Modi Awaas Gharkul Yojana: Prime Minister is set to launch the Modi Awaas Gharkul Yojana for OBC category beneficiaries in Maharashtra on Wednesday (February 28, 2024). The scheme that will be launched in Yavatlam is aimed at constructing a total of 10 lakh houses from FY 2023-24 to FY 2025-26 for beneficiaries from Other Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes, Exempt Castes, and Nomadic Tribes. PM Modi will transfer the first instalment of Rs 375 crore to 2.5 lakh beneficiaries of the Yojana. People could apply online for the scheme. The documents required for the scheme were Aadhaar card, PAN card, mobile number, address proof and a passport size photograph.
