As per FIH’s official website, out of 30 matches, India has won 13 matches, Spain has won 11 and 6 matches ended in draw. 

India faced Spain twice last year at FIH Hockey Pro League, out of the two matches, once the match was tied and another time India lost by 1 point. 

In the 2020 Olympics games, India had won against Spain by 3-0.
