The first Solar Eclipse will occur on April 20, 2023, this solar eclipse will not be visible in India. As per astrology, the first solar eclipse of the year will occur in Aries and Ashwini Nakshatra.
According to Panchang, the time of solar eclipse is from 7.04 am to 12.29 am.

The first lunar eclipse of 2023 will occur on May 5. This eclipse will be visible in India. The eclipse will take place at 8:45 pm and will end at 1:00 am. The eclipse will last for a total of 4 hours 15 minutes.
Grahan 2023 in India Date and Time: 2nd Solar eclipse
The second and last solar eclipse of 2023 will occur on October 14, but it will not be visible in India.

The second lunar eclipse of 2023 will occur on October 29, this eclipse will also be visible in India. The eclipse will start at 1:06 am and end at 2:22 am. The eclipse will last for a total of 1 hour 16 minutes.
Grahan 2023 in India Date and Time: Sutak period of eclipse
According to astrology, the Sutak period starts 12 hours before the solar eclipse and 9 hours before the lunar eclipse. Sutak period is considered an inauspicious time, in which doing any auspicious work is prohibited. Both the solar eclipses that will take place this year will not be visible in India, so their Sutak period will also not be valid.
