According to astrologer Dr. Arvind Mishra, the Pratipada date of Shukla Paksha in the Kartik month begins at 02:56 pm on Monday, November 13, concluding the next day on Tuesday, November 14, at 02:36 pm. Udaya Tithi holds special significance in Hinduism, indicating that Govardhan puja will be celebrated on November 14 this year. The construction and worship of Govardhan Parvat are slated for the evening, with the auspicious time for Govardhan puja falling between 05:25 pm and 09:36 pm.
