Good Friday 2024: Good Friday, a holy day for Christians, marks the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. This year, Good Friday is being observed today, March 29, 2024. Good Friday is part of the Paschal Triduum or three days. Triduum observes Jesus’ trial, death, and resurrection, and comes during the Holy Week, which starts with Palm Sunday and ends with Easter Sunday.

Triduum starts with Maundy Thursday, one day before Good Friday and ends on Easter Sunday. Good Friday is also known as Great Friday, Holi Friday, and Black Friday.
