As per Drik Panchang, Lakshmi Puja will fall on October 31. The most auspicious time for Puja will be from 6:56 pm to 8:27 pm. Amavasya Tithi, which marks the new moon phase, starts at 3:52 pm, October 31, and ends at 6:16 pm, November 1.

Mishra has also confirmed October 31 as the date for Diwali.
