Chaitra Navratri Day 7 2023: Navdurga or nine forms of Durga is worshipped during Navratri and each avatar showcases a different side of the goddess. The seventh form of Goddess Durga i.e. Maa Kalaratri is worshipped on the seventh day of Navratri which falls in the month of Chaitra. Goddess Kalaratri is believed to be the ruler of the planet Saturn.

Chaitra Shukla Saptami starts on March 27, 2023, at 5:27 pm and ends on March 28, 2023, at 7.02 pm

Nishita Kaal Muhurta starts at 12:03 am on March 29 and ends at 12:49 am

Dwipushkar Yoga starts at 6.16 am and ends at 5.32 pm

Saubhagya Yoga starts on March 27, 2023, at 11.20 pm and ends on March 28, 2023, at 11.36 pm

Chaitra Navratri Day 7 2023: Puja significance 

Kalratri, the seventh form of Maa Durga, is also known as Mahayogini Mahayogishwari. According to Hindu beliefs, the goddess punishes people with bad deeds and blesses devotees troubled by tantra-mantra. Worshiping the Goddess brings prosperity and good health. 

Chaitra Navratri Day 7 2023: Puja vidhi 

Devotees worship Maa Kaalratri at Nishita Kaal Muhurt and offer red sandalwood, saffron, kumkum tilak, Hibiscus, Raat Rani, or Champa flowers. 

The goddess is offered jaggery as prasad and her name is chanted by the devotees. Aarti and puja is done to get blessings from the goddess.
