The villa is located in the Canton of Vaud of Gingins, which is only 13 minutes away from Geneva. The villa has been named after Pankaj and his wife Radhika’s daughters, Vasundhara and Ridi, as ‘Villa Vari’.

Before the purchase, the villa belonged to a Greek businesswoman, socialite, and heiress to the Onassis fortune, namely, Christina Onassis. The luxury mansion was built in 1902 by Aristotle Onassis.

The villa has been through a renovation phase and now has 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a helipad as well. It has now been lavishly transformed by the Oswals with luxurious furnishings from different parts of the world with the help of renowned Jeffrey Wilkes. He has previously designed the Oberoi Rajvilas, Mandarin Oriental, and Leela Hotels.

The villa has a private gym, a gold-fitted spa, and a wellness wing. It has been designed with large French windows that allow for views of the gardens and snow-capped mountains all around. This countryside get-away is 40,000 square metres in size.
