2023 Oscar Academy Awards Performers: The 95th edition of the world’s most prestigious film award show - Oscars 2023 - is scheduled be held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on March 12. The ceremony will be telecasted live on ABC starting at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT and will be televised in more than 200 territories worldwide.
For Indian viewers, the Oscars 2023 will be live-streamed on Disney+Hotstar a day later on March 13 at 5:30 am.
The late-night host and comedian Jimmy Kimmel will host the Oscars again this year. This will mark his third appearance on the Oscars stage after hosting the award show in 2017 and 2018. He will be accompanied by other celebrates who will announce the winners of each category.
The following are the confirmed performers for the 2023 Academy Awards:
1. Rihanna
Barbadian singer, actress, and businesswoman Rihanna will attend the Oscars ceremony as both performer and potential award-winner. She will perform "Lift Me Up" from the movie "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" on Sunday evening for which she is nominated for the Academy Award for Best Song.

2. Sofia Carson and Diane Warren
Another on the list who will perform on the stage of the Academy Awards ceremony is actress and singer Sofia Carson. She will perform ‘Applause’ from the movie ‘Tell It Like A Woman’ which is nominated in the Best Song category. The singer will be joined by Oscars veteran Diane Warren, who has now been nominated 14 times for Best Song.
3. Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava
Another proud moment for India as Indian artists Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava have been finalised to perform on the Oscars stage this year. They will perform the "Naatu Naatu" from the movie RRR. The song of the historical action-drama epic has also been nominated in the Best Original Song category. Along with RRR, two more Indian movies are in the race to bag the award in different categories.
4. David Byrne, Son Lux and Stephanie Hsu
David Byrne, Son Lux and Stephanie Hsu will perform "This Is A Life" from Everything Everywhere All at Once (with the Best Supporting Actress nominee taking the stage to fill in for nominee Mitski).
It should be noted that Grammy winner Lenny Kravitz will deliver the "In Memoriam" performance in the 95th edition of Oscars.
