Kabzaa beats Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway at box Office: Check Day 5 collection, OTT release, cast, rating, story, other details

Kabzaa VS Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway Box Office Collection Day 5: After the success of 'KGF: Chapter 1' and 'KGF: Chapter -2', '777 Charlie' and 'Kantara', the Kannada film industry has churned another hit film titled 'Kabzaa'. Upendra and Kichcha Sudeep starrer film hit the theatres on Friday, March 17.

With its official release, the film clashed with Bollywood superstar Rani Mukherjee's movie 'Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway'. And it looks like 'Kazbaa' has beaten 'Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway' fair and square by a margin of more than Rs 1 crore.

'Kabzaa' earned Rs 2.92 crore at the domestic box office on Tuesday (March 22), taking its overall collection to Rs 27.19 crore (approximately). 

In the meanwhile, 'Mrs Chatterjee vs Norway' only earned Rs 1.09 crore at the domestic box office on its day 5 since release (Tuesday, March 22). With this, the overall collection of the film reached Rs 8.42 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk.

However, individually, the film 'Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway' witnessed growth at the box office on the fifth day as compared to its fourth-day collection. The film's Monday (4th day) collection stood at Rs 91 lakh only, which was the lowest among all the five days.

Kabzaa, Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway: OTT Release

Both films hit the theaters this month and are doing well at the box office. As of now, no official date and platform have been announced for the OTT release of 'Kabzaa' and 'Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway'. Web viewers need to wait a little longer.

Helmed by R. Chandru, 'Underworld Ka Kabzaa' is a Kannada movie released at the pan-India level on March 17. The film is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures in association with Sri Siddeshwara Enterprise and Alankar Pandian. The film features Upendra, Sudeep, Shriya Saran, Shivarajkumar, Murli Sharma, and others. Directed by Ashima Chibber, the film is about an immigrant Indian mother who fights the Norwegian foster care system and legal machinery to win back custody of her children. Besides Rani Mukherjee, the film features Jim Sarbh, Neena Gupta, Anirban Bhattacharya, and others. The IMDB rating of the film is 7.7 out of 10.
