The Whale OTT Release Date Announced: Brendan Fraser starrer film 'The Whale' is all set for its OTT release this week. The Oscars-winning psychological drama will stream on SonyLIV, starting Thursday, March 14, more than a month after its theatrical release in India.

The OTT platform made the announcement on Twitter, in a pos that read, "#TheWhale streaming on 16th March, exclusively on Sony LIV - http://bit.ly/English_Movies."

'The Whale' marked Brendan Fraser's comeback to movies, which helped him bag his first Academy Award — a Best Actor Award — at the Oscars 2023. The film premiered at the 79th Venice International Film Festival on September 4, 2022, while it was released in India on February 3, 2023.
