Shehzada Box Office Collection Day 1: Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan's film "Shehzada" has taken a slow start at the box office. Despite of buy-one-get-one-free offer, the movie was unable to create magic on Day 1 and the opening day collection disappointed, according to the film critic Taran Adarsh.

The film, which was released on February 17 (Friday), has only earned Rs 6 crore on its opening day, Adarsh said. Maha Shivratri holiday on Day 2 may improve business, however, he said that the film needs bigger jumps for a respectable weekend.

Shehzada Storyline

The story of the film revolves around the Kartik Aryan character 'Bantu', who is despised by his father Valmiki (Paresh Rawal). 

Samara, his boss shows him affection and love until he discovers that the Jindals (Ronit Roy and Manisha Koirala) are his parents. Bantu decides to seek Jindals' love and protect them from the threats they are facing.
