The trailer packed with intense action scenes has now created a buzz among the fans who are eagerly waiting to see Shah Rukh on the big screen. With the blockbuster success of Pathaan, fans are expecting Jawan to be another box office hit for their favourite star. The Atlee directorial is also going to be another King Khan starrer action drama to hit theatres this year after the box office success of Pathaan. The film will also mark Shah Rukh Khan’s first collaboration with south stars, Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.

Shah Rukh Khan charges between Rs 40 to 50 crore per film, along with profit sharing, according to reports. The Bollywood superstar’s average annual income is estimated to be approximately around Rs 280 crore, which comes from movies, brand deals, investments and social media earnings.

Shah Rukh Khan’s properties and luxury cars
The 58-year-old actor lives in a six-storey, 27,000-square-foot seafront mansion named ‘Mannat’ in Mumbai's Bandra. The estimated value of his house is said to be approximately Rs 200 crore, making him one of the rare stars in the film industry to live in such a costly house compared to his other colleagues. SRK also owns a luxury villa in Dubai. The name of his Dubai property is ‘Jannat’ and it has six bedrooms, two remote control garages. The cost of this lavish property is estimated to be around Rs 100 crore, according to reports. Also, he owns another house in Park Lane, one of the posh localities of London and the luxury house is valued at around Rs 180 crore.
Shah Rukh Khan's luxury car collection includes some of the world's well-known brands from Rolls Royce to Bentley. Recently, he purchased a brand new Rolls Royce Cullinan Black Badge worth Rs 10 crore. He also owns Land Rover Range Rover Sport worth Rs 2.19 crore, a BMW i8 which costs around Rs 2.14 crore and the BMW 7-Series worth Rs 2.82 crore.
The Bollywood superstar also owns a Bentley Continental GT worth Rs 3.57 crore, a Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe worth Rs 7.60 crore and a customised vanity van for Volvo BR9, which costs around Rs 4 crore.
Production companies and IPL franchise
Shah Rukh Khan is also a co-owner of the production house Red Chillies Entertainment, which he established in 2002 along with his wife Gouri Khan. The production house, which also offers VFX studio services apart from producing films, is said to have an annual turnover of Rs 500 crore, according to reports. The actor also holds a 26 per cent stake in KidZania, Mumbai’s premium theme park, which is owned by Singapore-based KidZ Inc.
Shah Rukh also holds a majority stake in Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders. The IPL team is co-owned by actress Juhi Chawla and her husband Jay Mehta.
