'Pathaan' marks SRK's comeback in a lead role after five years. He last played the lead in 'Zero' in 2018, which turned out to be a massive failure at the box office.

While his latest comeback film has taken theatres by storm, let’s have a look at his last five releases and how they performed at the box office.

1.       Zero (2018)

'Zero' failed to have an impact on the box office. The film also starred Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma alongside him. Made on a budget of Rs 270 crore, 'Zero' managed to collect Rs 304 crore.

2.       Jab Harry Met Sejal (2017)

The film failed to perform well at the domestic box office. However, 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' was a success in overseas markets, and became the year's second highest overseas grosser among Hindi films. It lost only to 'Raees', another Shah Rukh Khan-starrer.

3.       Raees (2017)

The movie became the highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2017 at the time and also recorded the highest-grossing January release for a Hindi film between 1994 and 2017. Made on a budget of Rs 127 crore, the film collected Rs 450 crore worldwide.

4.       Dear Zindagi (2016)

Although a low-budget movie, 'Dear Zindagi' is much-loved by ardent Shah Rukh Khan fans. The box office collection of the movie was almost three times its budget. Made on a budget of Rs 46 crore, the worldwide gross collection stood at nearly Rs 140 crore.

5.       Fan (2018)

The movie proved to be a disaster at the box office, barely managing to recover its budget from the domestic market. Made on a budget of Rs 120 crore, the film only managed to cross Rs 300 crore worldwide. It is considered among the biggest flops of SRK's career.
