Pathaan Trailer Release: One of the most-awaited movies of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone -- Pathaan -- is all set to hit the theaters on January 25. Ahead of the official release, the makers have unveiled the trailer of the spy-thriller movie on Tuesday, January 10. The film marks the return of the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan to the silver screen after 4 years.

"It doesn’t get BIGGER than this! Here’s the #PathaanTrailer that you all have been waiting for! Celebrate #Pathaan with #YRF50 only at a big screen near you on 25th January. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu," Yash Raj Films tweeted while sharing the trailer.

The trailer is released in multiple languages, and also features John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana.

Shah Rukh also shared the teaser with his fans on social media and captioned it: "Mehemaan nawaazi ke liye #Pathaan aa raha hai, aur pataakhen bhi saath laa raha hai! #PathaanTrailer out now! Releasing in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on 25th January 2023."

The trailer has crossed 36 lakh views on YouTube within a few hours of release.

The Hindi trailer begins with the introduction of the film's antagonistic force in the form of John Abraham, who heads a terrorist organisation that works on a contract basis.

To stop him, Indian security agencies seek help from the titular character of SRK, who returns from a sabbatical for the sake of his motherland. Pathan is supported by fellow soldier Deepika Padukone, who is seen sporting blonde hair in one of the sequences.

Pathaan Song Controversy
Pathaan's songs 'Besharam Rang' and 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan' have become tremendous hits. However, a sequence in the song Besharam Rang where Deepika appears in a saffron bikini, allegedly hurting Hindu sentiments, triggered protests across the country in mid-December. Complaints were filed in court seeking registration of an FIR against Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and others.
