Pathaan box office collection: SRK starrer creates history, becomes highest gross opening weekend movie

Pathaan box office collection: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's latest release "Pathaan" has created history in its opening weekend.  

The King Khan's comeback film bagged the title of the highest-grossing opening weekend film in the history of Hindi cinema. 

The worldwide collection of "Pathaan" is Rs 313 crore in three days, according to the makers.

Khan's film entered the "Rs 100 crore club" on its second day and become the fastest film to enter the "Rs 200 crore club" on Day 4 in terms of India business.  It overtook "KGR2" and "Baahubali2" which entered the club on Day 5 and Day 6 respectively, according to the movie critic Taran Adarsh.

Pathaan released on January 25 and has raised more than Rs 201 crore at the domestic box office till now.

The one-word review for the film by the analyst Taran Adarsh is "BLOCKBUSTER". Pathaan has all that a superhit film needs - star power, style, scale, songs, soul, substance and surprises, said Adarsh and gave it 4.5 stars out of 5.
