Pathaan Box Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone starrer retains its glory month after release

Pataan Box Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham starrer Pathaan continued its box office glory as the movie collected nearly 1 crore on Friday, February 24, 2023, almost after a month of its release. The film hit theatres on January 25, 2023.

The Yash Raj Films banner Pathaan has become the fourth highest-grosser film worldwide after KGF 2, Baahubali 2, and Dangal. It has earned more than Rs 1000 crore globally, more than half of its business came from Hindi, while nearly Rs 20 crore from dubbed versions.

On February 17, the producers of Pathaan, Yash Raj Films to celebrate the success announced the ticket price at flat Rs 110 on Friday and extended the celebrations over the weekend with flat Rs 200 ticket rates at all national chains.

YRF tweeted that flat rates are applicable on leading multiplexes such as PVR, INOX, and among others. 'Pathaan' broke all box office records with every passing day. In its second weekend run, SRK's comeback film became the fastest film to enter the Rs 400 crore club at the domestic box office.

The spy-thriller film took 12 days to enter the club of Rs 500 crore club while 'Baahubali 2' and 'KFG 2' took 15 days and 23 days respectively, as per film critic Taran Adarsh.

In its first few days after release, the film achieved the highest-grossing opening weekend figures in the history of Hindi cinema.
