PVR INOX Trailer Screening Show: India's top multiplex chains - INOX and PVR - have come up with a new concept for moviegoers. For the first time ever, they will be introducing trailer screening show, where movie lovers can enjoy the fun of the big screen at PVR and INOX's multiplex by buying a ticket for just Re 1.

In the era of OTT, this new initiative is being seen as an attempt by multiplex chains to bring cinema lovers back to the movie theatres.

According to this new initiative, viewers can enjoy 30 minutes of trailers of upcoming films on the big screen for a ticket price of Re 1. If the moviegoer likes the trailer, then he/she can take the same fun forward and watch the film in the multiplex.

The multiplex chain shared the information on Twitter, saying, "Want to experience a glimpse of the movie before watching it on the big screen? #PVR has your back! Now watch a 30-minute Trailer Show at just ₹1, featuring over 10 handpicked trailers of the upcoming Bollywood, Hollywood and regional movies."

The theatre chain announced this innovative offer also because it believes that filmgoers often miss the trailers and rushes that play before the start of the film or during the interval.

According to the company, half-an-hour trailer shows will be available in every PVR INOX cinema hall for Re 1, except for regions of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.

Earlier, to bring footfall into theatres after Covid, multiplex owners had announced a campaign selling tickets for Rs 75 during National Cinema Day.
