Liger OTT release: When and where to watch Vijay Deverakonda's debut Bollywood film

Liger OTT release: Liger starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Pandey had a pan-India release on August 25. Liger marked Vijay Deverakonda's Bollywood debut, which was released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.

This movie is jointly produced by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur and Karan Johar.

Liger OTT streaming  

Liger is now streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. The film will be released in the four South Indian languages on September 22 at midnight, and its Hindi version will be released later.

The official Twitter account for Disney+ Hotstar Telugu put out a tweet just few minutes after midnight on Thursday, September 22, and wrote, "Witness @TheDeverakonda in all his Mad Glory, as #LIGER! #LigerOnHotstar Streaming Now" along with a film poster mentioning the languages Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Liger Director's Casting Choice

The director Jagannadh Puri revealed that Janhvi Kapoor was the first choice for "Liger" but she was unable to come on board due to scheduling conflicts. Later, Ananya Panday was roped in to play the female lead.

Getting boxing legend Mike Tyson to star in an extended cameo in "Liger" was a key challenge, according to the director.

Vijay Deverakonda is currently busy with his upcoming film, 'Khushi' with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Rashi Khanna.

Ananya Panday is working on her movie 'Dream Girl 2', co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana. The actor recently concluded shooting for Zoya Akhtar's 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan', opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.
