'Jailer' and 'Gadar 2' box office reports: Rajnikanth starrer movie joins Rs 500 crore club; Sunny Deol starrer film set to scale the same peak
Rajnikanth starrer movie is living up to its expectations as it breached the Rs 500-crore mark on Sunday with net India earnings of Rs 18.70 crore on the 11th day.
Rajnikanth starrer Jailer and Sunny Deol starrer Gadar 2 are continuing their purple patch at the box office as they are raking up huge moolah in India and abroad. After 11 days of its release, 'Jailer' on Sunday breached the Rs 500 crore mark, while Gadar 2 is also about to scale the peak of Rs 500 crore after 10 days into its release.
Jailer Day 11-day Earnings
Rajnikanth starrer movie is living up to its expectations as it breached the Rs 500-crore mark on Sunday with net India earnings of Rs 18.70 crore on the 11th day.
It took the movie's net India earnings to Rs 280.85 crore in 11 days, while its gross earnings from the country were Rs 329.40 crore.
Add Rs 178-crore earnings from its overseas collection, the movie's worldwide collection stands at Rs 507.40 crore.
Gadar 2 10-day Earnings
Gadar 2 also maintained its popularity at the Indian box office as it collected Rs 38.90 crore on the 10th day of its release.
With it, the movie's net collection from India reached at Rs 375.10 crore, while its gross collection from the country touched Rs 442 crore.
The movie's overseas collection during the same period was Rs 38 crore. The movie's worldwide collection after 10 days stands at Rs 480 crore.
