House of the Dragon season 2 release date: Shooting for the second season of one of the most popular HBO series "House of the Dragon" has begun in the UK. The House of the Dragon season 2 makers have already treated the fans with a first-look picture of the Iron Throne sitting proudly in the Great Hall of the Red Keep, giving viewers a glimpse of what is to come in the second season.
 
"It’s time to return to King’s Landing. Season 2 of #HouseoftheDragon is now in production,” the official Twitter and Instagram account for Game of Thrones.

Ryan Condal, co-creator, showrunner and executive producer said that House of the Dragon is back. They are thrilled to be shooting again with the original family members and the new talents on each side of the camera.
 
The date for the release of House of Dragon season 2 has not been released yet. Fans can expect the show to be out in 2024.
