International Yoga Day 2024: The theme for this year's Yoga Day is 'Yoga for Self and Society'. This year, the Union Health Ministry has urged states to observe the International Day of Yoga (IDY) at all operational Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) by organising mass demonstrations.
