Wipro buyback: The outcome of the board meeting will be communicated to the stock exchanges soon after the conclusion of the meeting on Thursday April 27, it said in the exchange filing.
Wipro shares were trading over 1% after the company announced its board will consider a buyback of shares in the next board meeting. Wipro is mulling a share buyback, and the board of directors will meet on Apr 27 to consider the proposal. Wipro will also release its financial results for the quarter ended March 2023 on the same day.
