India's second largest IT firm Infosys has reportedly reduced its average variable payout for the June quarter to 70%. Apart from this, Wipro has put on hold the variable payments of its mid and senior level employees for the April-June quarter. Whereas, junior level employees will be given only 70% of their June quarter variable. TCS has also postponed the quarterly variable pay of some employees for a month.
