UK's car manufacturing reaches 17-year high; Jaguar Land Rover continues to be top producer

United Kingdom produced 1.72 million cars in 2016, up 8.5% over 2015. Tata-owned Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) produced 5,44,401 of these cars, registering an year-on-year growth of 11.1%.
