Shriram Finance will sell its entire stake in Shriram Housing Finance. Warbug is set to sell its stake to Pincus for Rs 4,630 crore. Shriram Finance holds a 83.78 per cent stake and Valiant Partners LP holds a 16.22 per cent stake in Shriram Housing. Shriram Finance will get Rs 3,909 crore after the stake sale.

Shriram Finance's consolidated net profit increased by 22.27 per cent to Rs 5,543 crore in Q4FY24 from Rs 4,533.63 crore in Q4FY23. Its net interest income for the fourth quarter ended 31st March 2024 increased by 22.27 per cent to Rs 5,543.47 crore as against Rs 4,533.63 crore in the same period of the previous year.
