Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha proceedings were adjourned for the day on the first day of the Monsoon session, amid slogan shouting and demands for a discussion on the situation in strife-hit Manipur.
On the occasion of the beginning of the Monsoon Session of Parliament, PM Modi said – Jan Vishwas Bill will be introduced in monsoon session of parliament. On Manipur incident, PM Narendra Modi said- My heart is full of anger and pain, the incident of #manipur is shameful for any civilized society.
