The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of NTPC Green Energy Ltd (NGEL) was subscribed to about one-third of the shares on offer on Day 1. The shares meant for retail investors were oversubscribed, at around 1.5 times to that of the offerings, data showed.
NTPC Green Energy IPO: With the price band of Rs 102-108/share the company launched the IPO with an issue size of Rs 10,000 crore.
For the renewable energy company, Anil Singhvi has held a positive view and has recommended a 'Subscribe' rating with a long term investment perspective.
