Nestle India shares: Nestle India on Thursday said it has reduced added sugar on baby food products in India by over 30 per cent, depending on variants, over the past five years, amid reports that the global FMCG major sold products with more sugar content in less developed countries.

The packaged food major Nestle India, in its board meeting scheduled for October 19, will consider declaring a second interim dividend for 2023, if any. In addition, the board of the company will also be considering the proposal of a stock split, the company said in its exchange filing.
