Diadnostic service provider Metropolis Healthcare's shares rose on Tuesday after the company's board approved the acquisition of Core Diagnostics from Core Diagnostics (Mauritius) for a consideration of Rs 247 crore. After the transaction is completed in 60 days, Core Diagnostics will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Metropolis.
