Measles outbreak is increasing in Mumbai. So far more than 200 people have been infected with this disease in Mumbai. In view of the danger of measles, the government has formed a team of 3 members. At the same time WHO is also keeping an eye on the matter. Actually measles is caused by "Paramyxo" virus. It spreads very easily from one person to another. At present, the first measles vaccine is given between 9-12 months while the second vaccine is given between 16-24 months. Why are cases of measles is increasing in Mumbai?
