The development of Jammu and Kashmir since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019 is just the beginning of its transformation, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said here on Tuesday. “I can say with confidence that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, J-K is moving on the path of peace and prosperity…. The development of J-K post 2019 is just the beginning of the transformation of Jammu and Kashmir,” Sinha told a press conference.
