A Kota-based man helped 3 lakh rail passengers to get a refund from the Indian Railways after a 5-year-long fight. Sujeet Swami, who filed nearly 50 Right to Information applications, wrote to several government departments during his fight with IRCTC in order to get his 35 rupees refund.
