The Jharkhand government, led by Chief Minister Hemant Soren, has launched the Mukhya Mantri Maiyya Samman Yojana, providing Rs 1,000 per month to 50 lakh eligible women. With a dedicated portal and district camps set up, the scheme aims for efficient enrollment and verification. Applications started on August 3, and over 2,500 have already been received. Eligible women (21-50 years old) who are not part of other pension schemes can apply online from August 21
